Do you give Free Estimates?
More about Our ProcessAfter a consultation, we will provide a bracketed range of likely cost for your project. There is no Fee for the consultaion or the price range. Keep in mind, this is not a proposal.
Are you licensed, insured, and bonded?
Check StatusPeters Construction is licensed, bonded and insured. Further, in over 15 years, we have had zero complaints, judgements or coverage lapses. You can check our status at the Contractors State Licence Board by clicking the button below.
Can you provide references or examples of past work?
Of course. Our proposals are loaded with references and photos of our previous projects. In some cases an in person viewing of a project may be arranged.
What is the estimated timeline for the project?
More about Our ProcessWe understand this question and frankly we wish we could just look at a chart for the answer... In initial talks, we can provide a bracketed probable timeline. Realistically, every job is unique and requires thoughtfull planning, research and management to arrive at an accurate timeline.
What is the total cost, and how do you handle unexpected expenses?
More about Our ProcessThe total cost will be the the sum of the signed contract price, any changes such as additions or reductions of work, deviation from selected materials and finishes. Billable changes require a written Change Order, signed by both the homeowner and contractor before commencement of that work.
Do you provide a warranty for your work?
We stand behind our work with a 10-year craftsmanship warranty.
Peters Construction guarantees all labor and workmanship for a minimum of 10 years. If any aspect of our work fails or deteriorates due to installation or construction errors, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
Please note: Our warranty does not cover manufactured goods, materials, or appliances — including but not limited to fixtures, tile, cabinetry, or mechanical equipment. These items are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, which vary in duration and scope. Our warranty does not extend or enhance any manufacturer-provided warranties.
